Shipping policy
If you order comes delivered frozen or thawed but still cold then it is non refundable (as it is in good condition for your dog to eat).
If your order is received thawed and warm please notify us and provide proof of the temperature so we can accommodate you.
By placing an order you agree to our no refund/exchange policy. Raw Health Canine Food does not guarantee that products will arrive frozen.
Transmit time is how many days it takes UPS to deliver your order. Transmit time is not guaranteed by UPS during the holidays. We do not recommend shipping ground if the transit time shows more than four days! By selecting ground shipping you are understanding that your order may be delayed and it is out of Raw Health Canine Food’s control.
West Coast Customers (CA, WA, NV, WY, UT, ID)
If your transit time shows 5–6 days you cannot use the ground option. You must use the three day select shipping option or you release Raw Health Canine Foods from any damages caused to your shipment from selecting this shipping method.
